Now that our season has ended, it’s time to congratulate our winners and reminisce about the “close games”, tournaments and other eventful happenings during the summer.  Our annual dinner will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010 from 7:30pm to 11:00pm at:

We’ll start with a short business meeting at 7:30pm to recap the season, discuss plans for next year and acknowledge the efforts of several people who have helped make this season a success.  Then we’ll have a dinner buffet consisting of several hot dishes, a carving table, pasta station and salads, fruit, cheeses, dessert and coffee.  There will also be unlimited beer and soda and a cash bar will be available.  We’ll finish the evening by awarding trophies to our winning managers and presenting the President’s Scholarship Awards.

We would also like to acknowledge any no-hitters thrown by a single pitcher in a League game.  Please complete the attached No-Hitter Response Form and return it with your dinner response.  Special plaques will be awarded for no-hitters. 

You and your coaches are invited to attend.  Please RSVP using the attached form so we can plan the food and beverage order accordingly.  I will appreciate your response on or before September 3, 2010.  Responses may be forwarded by e-mail, fax or regular mail (return information is available on the dinner response form).  The dress code for the dinner is neat casual.
